ASPSO provides hands-on training in tailoring, farming, solar engineering, plumbing, agriculture, and electrical skills across over 9 provinces in Afghanistan.

Currently, over 4,000 individuals, including women, youth, and vulnerable community members, benefit from these programs.

Participants gain skills they can immediately apply to secure jobs or start their own small businesses. 

These initiatives help improve household incomes, promote financial independence, and contribute to the overall economic growth and resilience of their communities.
